Everything you need to know about Rugby Predict: Picks & Tips.

What is Rugby Predict?

Rugby Predict is an AI match-intelligence app built for rugby union fans. Before every fixture, our engine studies recent form, head-to-head history, team news and match-day weather — then delivers predictions across five markets, each with an honest confidence score.

Is this a betting or gambling app?

No. Rugby Predict is an information and entertainment app. It does not accept bets, process wagers, or guarantee outcomes. Predictions are AI-generated for fans who want a clear read on the match — not a bookmaker.

What predictions do you show per match?

Five markets: match winner, handicap & winning margin, total points band, bonus-point probability, and first try scorer. Every call is rated from “coin-flip” to “strong call” so you always know how sure the model really is.

What competitions are covered?

Fixtures, kick-off times and results for United Rugby Championship (URC), Currie Cup, The Rugby Championship, Six Nations, July and November internationals, and the Rugby World Cup — with more added over time.

What do the confidence scores mean?

Each prediction includes an AI confidence percentage and a band label: coin-flip (under 55%), lean (55–69%), or strong call (70%+). The signature Kick Arc visualises the same idea — dashed for uncertain, solid for strong calls.

Is the app free?

Yes — free to download with no subscription. Unlock AI predictions with coins: earn them in the app or top up whenever you like. The app may show rewarded video ads; see our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Does the app work offline?

Predictions, fixtures and news are cached on your device so the app opens quickly and uses less data. Fresh content syncs when you are back online — built with South African networks in mind.

Do I need an account?

Core content is available without creating an account. Optional email sign-up unlocks features like saving your match picks and joining predictor groups. See Privacy for what we store.

How is weather used?

Wind and rain change how rugby is played. When a real forecast exists at kick-off, it is shown as a match-day factor that shaped the AI analysis — weather is an input, never a standalone “pick”.
